● Measurement Method

Remove the sensor cap and check the cleanliness of the sensor area.

- When you immerse the sensor, please measure 1 ~ 2cm away from the floor and the wall, also avoid any contact with the wall or solid ingredients
- If there is contact with a solid ingredient, the measurement error will vary.
- Measurement of food containing a lot of oil may cause the oil film to appear on the surface of the sensor, which may indicate a lower salinity value than the actual value.
- When the soup is being boiled, the temperature may continuously change, so measurement may be unstable.
