6What is TDS?
TDS is an abbreviation of Total Dissolved Solid. It is a device used for measuring minerals, organic matter, and inorganic matters dissolved in water, which can also be simply used for measuring water quality at home. The level of the value varies according to the amount of electricity flowing between the two sensors. If there is a lot of ionic substance dissolved in the water, whether it’s good or bad, the electricity flow rate will be high, so the level of the value will appear high as well. Just because the TDS values appear high, does not mean the water is bad. What really matters is which and how much of the substance is dissolved in the water. The level of milk and juice value will appear high because they have a lot of ionic substances dissolved in them.
7What do you have to do to measure the salinity accurately?

- When you immerse the sensor, please measure 1 ~ 2cm away from the floor and the wall, also avoid any contact with the wall or solid ingredients.

- If there is contact with a solid ingredient, the measurement error will vary.

- Measurement of food containing a lot of oil may cause the oil film to appear on the surface of the sensor, which may indicate a lower salinity value than the actual value.

- When the soup is being boiled, the temperature may continuously change, so measurement may be unstable. In that case, turn off the fire or use the ladle-type silicon to measure.
