● Measurement Method
1After checking the cleanliness of the sensor part, press the power button to turn on the screen, and with the word ON as well as RDY icon will appear to indicate measurement preparation.
2When you immerse the sensor part into the measuring object, the alarm will go on twice and start the measurement. The MEAS icon will flicker on the LED and the results will be calculated. Wait without any movement when it is being calculated. Ladle- type silicon can be used based on your preference.
3The salinity value (%) appears with an alarm and the LED black light turns on to indicate completion of measurement. If you press the button in a consecutive order, the product will display in the order of natrium value (%), TDS concentration (PPM), temperature and OFF.
4After using the product, wash the sensor part with water and neutral detergent, wipe it with a soft cloth and then store it in a safe place. (Wiping it with a rough loofah can be the cause of breakdown.)
*It possible to continuously measure without cleansing the sensor before it goes OFF; however, for accurate measurement, we recommend you to measure after washing the sensor.

*Reference Details for Measuring
- When you immerse the sensor, please measure 1 ~ 2cm away from the floor and the wall, also avoid any contact with the wall or solid ingredients.
- If there is contact with a solid ingredient, the measurement error will vary.
- Measurement of food containing a lot of oil may cause the oil film to appear on the surface of the sensor, which may indicate a lower salinity value than the actual value.
- When the soup is being boiled, the temperature may continuously change, someasurement may be unstable.
In that case, turn off the fire and then measure.
● Battery Replacement
1.Replace the battery when the power does not come on or if the LOW icon flickers on LCD.
2.Use a coin to open the battery cap on the top of the product by turning it in the OPEN direction (in the direction of the arrow).
3.Remove the discharged battery and insert the new battery with the + terminal facing up.
4.Align the bezel on the battery cap with the bezel on the body, press the battery cap lightly, and close it by turning it in the CLOSE direction (in the direction of the arrow).
